Stretch and move your body safely to ease aches and pains, connect with your breath and meet other moms-to-be! All trimesters welcome, all yoga levels welcome. Meighlin McNeill is a RYT, specializing in Pre & Postnatal Yoga. She was trained in traditional Hatha Yoga by Ayurveda & Yoga instructor Madhuri Phillips and in Pranayama with Anuradha. Her studies under Swami Muktibodhananda, Swami Mahesh and Michael Stone have guided both her practice and teaching. Her additional certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga allows her to adapt asana to assist individuals who are working through sensitive life issues.
