Do you experience pain in your hips, back or knees during seated poses? Dealing with issues in your tissues is exhausting, painful and ultimately takes you away from your practice. Come experience the Lotus Wrap and be guided through a variety of postures to comfort your areas of concern and sit pain free for longer in mediation. The Lotus Wrap cocoons the body to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) and gently guides your central nervous system (CNS) into a state of relaxation and renewal. In this workshop we explore both the yin and yang of your tissues; journeying through a blissful meditation to lovely yang style poses and ending in comfort to restore the body with a yin/restorative practice. Are you ready to experience bliss?
