A workshop for all-levels! Kundalini Yoga is not about following a Guru, it’s about connecting to your own inner Guru while creating a stronger body, and finding more joy and peace in your life.
This workshop will include an all-levels physical practice the first hour, followed by an explanation of the how's, why's and benefits of Mantras, Mudras (hand postures) and Pranayama (breath work).
Participants will leave with a basic understanding of Kundalini Yoga, handouts, and a back pocket meditation that helps calm and clear the mind in as little as 3 minutes.
About Betsy Johnston:
Betsy enjoys all styles of Yoga, but Kundalini resonates with her the most because of the quick, positive results, both physically and mentally, and because it works! In her teaching she enjoys helping people connect with their inner wisdom and the peaceful, joyful place that exists inside of us all of the time.
Yoga and Meditation has changed her life for the better and she’s so happy to be able to share this with others. There will always be challenges in life, but it’s how you react to external factors that make the difference.

Betsy received her Teaching Certificates at Semperviva Yoga College and has studied under Gloria Latham, Bernie Clark, Sean Corne, Janet Stone, Gurmukh, Hari Bhajan (Catalyst Yogi) Michael Stone, Swami Mahesh and Dharm Kaur. She has also studied Marshal Rosenberg's Non Violent Communication aka NVC. She teaches Kundalini, Hatha and Meditation classes.
