If you've never been to The Yoga Root before, your first class is $10 or new students can also receive 2-Weeks of Unlimited yoga for only $30. If you have a pass with The Yoga Root, you can put your pass towards the classes as per normal.

5:45pm-6:45pm - Kundalini with Betsy Johnston
Kundalini is primal energy that is said to lie dormant at the base of the spine, until it's awakened! Activate your inner fire with this dynamic practice that is a total body and chakra workout, as well as being very detoxifying. Betsy Johnston, your teacher and guide, honours the traditional Kundalini “umbrella” yet teaches with a fresh, contemporary twist! Kundalini is our energy and is a biological mechanism, linking the activity of the reproductive system and the brain. Its purpose is to actively cultivate higher consciousness through specific movements and breathing techniques. AnyBODY can practice this style of Yoga. Come move, breathe and feel alive! ALL levels of experience are welcome!

7pm-8:15pm - Mixed Levels Hatha Flow with Rachel Rozen
This class infuses the basic postural alignments of Hatha yoga with a well balanced flow of poses, open to beginners and experienced yoga practitioners (good for students of all levels). You can expect a slow moving flow of postures to stretch/strengthen your body, pranayama (purifying breath work), and meditation. The easiest variation of the pose will be taught, then more advanced options will be given for those who are looking for a more challenging practice.
