200Hr Yoga Teacher Training at Studio 202

The Yoga Root is pleased to announce our support of the yoga teacher training program offered at Studio 202, another independent North Vancouver yoga studio. Studio 202 has partnered with Karma Teachers to offer a part-time 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) right here on the North Shore!

About Karma Teachers

Karma Teachers is Canada’s only federally registered Non-Profit Teacher Training that provides full and partial scholarships to our aspiring teachers, making the path of yoga accessible to all who wish to pursue it! Karma Teachers Teacher Training is registered with both Yoga Alliance and Canadian Yoga Alliance, and passionately and lovingly taught by our talented, inspiring teaching faculty. We host legendary master teachers as mentors and guest teachers, exposing our students to insightful teachings from a wide variety of lineages. 

About Studio 202

Studio 202 was founded in 2016 by Katie Keating to bring inspiration to the community through movement, meditation & art. This independent community studio is centrally located on the North Shore at 1761 Capilano Road.

Training Schedule 

This 5-month part-time program runs from October 8, 2018 to February 23, 2019. Classes are held Tuesdays and Fridays 6-9pm, and Saturdays 1-5pm. There will be a break from December 20th to January 3rd.
