Cancellations

If you need to cancel a reservation you may do so yourself via your online account. You may be charged for the class if you cancel with insufficient notice.

If you make a reservation and don’t show up without canceling your reservation, you will be charged for the class.

Reservations

You must reserve your space in advance via your online account. Classes with insufficient reservations are subject to cancellation.

Refunds

All prices are listed in Canadian currency. All sales will be transacted in Canadian Dollars. All of our sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, transfers or extensions of passes. We may make exceptions for medical conditions and those who relocate out of the city.

In the event that we must cancel a class or event, a refund will be processed to your online account.

Expiry Dates

You are responsible for knowing the date of expiry of your pass or membership; such information is available through your online account.
